Query for my father.
My father, 62yrs,retired,has diabetes-blood pressure, thyroid and recently diagnosed with reduced supply of oxygen in brain. Doctor also said his brain is reducing in size.
He takes Dilnip T,Rosuvas, Glycomet SR,Thyronorm, Ecosprin, Admenta majorly.
I want to know about his recommended diet. He has reduced weight. He looks drastically thin, weak and sweats a lot in a normal summer day.
Normal physical activity with everyday evening-walk.
Please suggest a healthy diet. He eats selective fishes, egg. In fruits, he eats an
apple almost daily.
