Query about Uric acid
I'm a vegetarian 20 year old male. I want to build my body and therefore am consuming dal/legumes/pulses in every meal. I also consume pea protein (protein powder made of peas). I was concerned that will this result in excess uric acid. I work out every day. Thanks for the help.

Just drink adequate amount of water 2.5-3 l per day and low salt consumption. If uric acid rises then protein consumption needs to be decreased. Otherwise no issues
