Query About Anus problem
LIS surgery and excision of 3 wars was done for recurrent anal fissure 5 years ago. No hard stool but still A hole ( As observed by surgeon during glove finger) was created just opening of anus which caused burning sensation and pain during washing after latrine . It took 40 days to heal. But a small skin tag is still there. My question is I need another surgery ??? As it was seen previously that after healing completely still it was coming again and again and finally surgery then it was good for almost 5 years but this time without getting hard stool I got it . It has no permanent cure ???

In crohn's disease, chance of fissure is high You should consult Gastroenterologist It can be ruled out by colonoscopy and biopsy.

Hello sir Anal fissure and fistula has poor prognosis n high recurrence rate. Skin tag which u feel is coming with fissure and if it is asymptomatic then nothing to do. If bowel habits are normal then chance of recurrence is less. Keep taking high fibre in diet..it ll prevent u from recurrence.
