I was a employee of a district judge court . But as the job was related to extensive travel in the sun I feel much physical pressure and become tremendously exhausted. So , I submitted resignation letter 4 months ago but still my resignation has not been accepted yet. So , I need a medical certificate . Though all my blood report and other medical report is normal. In government hospital with who I need to contact ???
