Hi there
Cough & cold with nasal discharge is usually occurs due to viral infection and there is no need for antibiotic.
Just give Syp cetrizin 3 ml once daily for 3 days &
Normal saline nasal drops - 2 drops in each nostril every 4 hrs for 3 days .
