Dear doctor My wife has was tested covid positive, and she has completed her 14days home quarantine. Can she cm out from quarantine and be normal. Is she has to do any covid test again, and second thing is our family doctor has prescribed Dexsona 0.5mg. is this good to take

If she’s not having any symptoms then she can come out from quarantine but take extra precautions, If she’s asymptomatic no need of any further tests. Regarding dexona: I need to ask some questions

No need for repeat testing. If she's asymptomatic for the past ten days, she can come out of quarantine. Dexamethasone is not required at this point. For further clarification, take a consult. :)
