Pvc burden of 20 %
My lv function is reduced to 45%. As per mri it shows remote myocarditis. Im on metoprolol succinate 25. After 3 months now ejectionfraction has come to 52%. Is it due to high pvcs? I had my holter done last week it still shows 20 percent pvc burden.. should i go for ablation or continue tablets for rest of my life im 28 years old. Do i have heart failure or is it due to pvcs ?

You will need to increase dose of beta blockers to 50mg. Review holter after 1 month. If high burden persists, ablation is an option. All of this is related to the myocarditis which u had sometime in the past.
Next Steps
Metoprolol 50mg. And repeat holter after 1 month
