Pustules behind ear
Two-three days ago, when I woke up from a good night's sleep, I found out there was a patch of pustules behind both left/right ear. Since then it is spreading. Right now, it has spread on earlobes. It doesn't itch. It is red, and can be felt as numerous tiny dots protruding from skin. What is this? Is it serious?

I would definitely advice you to see your dermatologist at the earliest. May or may not be serious, but you don't want to delay, esp if you don't want it to spread.
