Puss formation
On my right leg I have this puss formation , do i need to get this removed or wait for it to self heal , please refer attached screen shoot . For today it's been 4 days , it stated as small thing and grown today .

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
This will burst by itself.
Or you could even try to burst it by a clean needle.
Clean with betadine solution and then apply t-bact ointment over it.
Tab. Mahacef-plus Twice a day after food for 3 days.
Tab. Lyser-D Twice a day after food for 3 days.
Drink plenty of fluids.
