I have done my routine urine and got puss cells 3-4 WBC/ hpa...is it uti? Already taken alkasol and urikind and candid V6. Still lower abdomen I feel pressure.

Report has a normal range of upto 5 pus cells is normal.It is better that u show to ur doctor and get an ultrasound
