I need to know how to push back my period. I’ve been starting it earlier every month now. I always used to start in the 20’s of every month. But January I started on the 15th & in February the 10th. I’m going on vacation March 3-10 and I need to know how to push it back. I’ve pushed it back accidently a long time ago from exercising so I know its effective. I just want to know should I start exercising hard now while I’m on my period, right after I end my period or 5 days before my next period
