My baby was having eye flu. But wo drops nai dalwata h. Bhut muskil se eye lid open karwa k dalni pdti h. But ab uski upper eye lid purple colour ki ho gayi hain. What to do.

Yes it's acute conjunctivitis. Ideally you must put antibiotics eye drops But If he is not allowing to put eye drops then you can continue with frequent washing of eyes with fresh water and cold compresses with ice. If you can manage to put some antibiotics eye ointment eg.ocupol then also it may suffice.
