Hi ...my mom is suffering from depression. Doctor ask for the MRI for brain and in her report we found everything is normal except bilateral corona radiate S/O chronic ischemic change . What does it means . Is this something concerning ?

Hi
This mean brain blood supply had been compromised, however the involved area is quite small.
Check her blood pressure and diabetes also and take treatment accordingly.
