Pulse rate between 47-50. Pls guide

My wife has lungs infection might be due to covid.. Fever continue for 6day. Then we consult with Dr. at nearby govt Distt level Hospital. He asked for Ct Scan and in Ct Scan score found 7/25. Then Dr prescribe medicine ie. Favmac 400. She is taking medicine from last 3 days and fever is now in normal range 97-98 since last 4 days. On Oximeter oxygen level is also improved and now it is constant on 95, earlier it was 93,94. Pulse rate was quite normal till today morning above 65, but today after taking medicine, while we checked oximeter, showing pulse rate between 47-50 but oxygen level is on 95 and also device taking much time in reflecting frequency. Although she has not any abnormal feeling and now she is sleeping normal. Pls guide🙏🙏
