Pulse like pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

From last 4 months, feeling some low intensity pulse like pain in left side chest. It comes and go away I have done ecg multiple times, 2d echo 2 times TMT month and half ago but everything is normal. Location of pain is sometime exactly back of heart Sometime between back and front (left side)

Since your ECG ECHO and TMT are normal this pain is not heart related. Can be muscular or gastritis related. Nothing to worry. No need to do any further heart tests.
