BP is normal and pulse more than 90 but less than hundred is also considered normal. Any anxiety, thyroid disease, fever, excess of physical activity can cause palpitations. Kindly get routine investigations done with your physician. It doesn’t look very soon. It is advised to meditate regularly, do yoga breathing exercises.
