Pulse in hands and feet
I was on bp medicines two years back and than my doctor said not to take medicines as in young age lifestyle changes should be done.
When i started medicine , i started feeling pulse in hands and feet but i was physically active as i was in college and felt normal after playing my bp was also normal.
But now my hands are always hot and i can feel pulse in my hands and feet and my bp was 150/90. I am afraid of doctors and appointments.
