Pulled Muscle?
I was laying in bed around 3 or 4 pm trying to take a nap and when I rolled over I got this painful intense sensation in my upper left chest/upper shoulder area. I thought maybe I pulled something, so when the pain didn't lessen I took Naproxen...about four hours later it still was hurting so I took a 500mg Methocarbamol. That didn't help either and now I"m wondering if it would be dangerous in any way to take an 800mg Ibuprofen, that's the smallest dose that I have.
