Puking Blood - Generally In My Period, I Have A Lot Of Stomach

Generally in my period, I have a lot of stomach ache, puke bile and mucus can't eat anything for a day or two. This time I puked dark color blood along with bile and mucus and had had pain in left chest. Which specific doctor should I reach out to? Please help. Thank you in advance.
