I live in a very troubled environment, with non-supportive and verbally abusive parents, as a result of which I am not being able to focus on my preparation for an MBA exam due in November. I have recently quit my first job as a chef at The Oberoi Udaivilas due to unreasonable and extreme physical demands from the job, including sleeping for 4 hours everyday and working for 18 hours. My current support system is my girlfriend and my own will power. I am very ambitious, and i feel i am being held back by my own helplessness and frustrations from being a positive and successful person due to constant yelling, derogatory statements and name calling by my family. I am unable to shift out of my house again due to lack of financial resources. I require a one-on-one therapy session, wherein i am simply given advice or tips to deal with my anger, frustrations, and personal issues on the home-front. Thank You.
