Sir my mom whose age is 45 years .she always think that other people had done some black magic on her family and she itself found a solution to wash the house and vehicle by water daily.Her skin of hand and foot is also going bad due to excessive wear use . She wasn't able to understand us as she thinks we all are wrong.

Sorry to hear about your mother's situation.
Your description of her symptoms suggest possible psychotic episode. She would need urgent assessment and treatment. Washing is a compensatory behaviour and it will only get worse. There may be possibility of her acting on her beliefs too.
