Note: almost no response except physical symptoms and fear and made emotional number and reduced passion for life it didn't return after many days

Accident happened while on 1 year of escitalopram
Things got worst after accident Seizures after accident happened
Mri findings : Microhemorrhage in both
hemisphere due past trauma

Flupentixol 0.5 mg + Melitracen 10 mg) morning
Night:
Amisulpride 50 mg
Desvenlafaxine 50 mg + Clonazepam 0.5 mg
Olanzapine 2.5 mg
Note: partial response but mental anguish apathy persistent
Since April 23, 2025
Morning:
Modafinil 100 Mg
Night:
Desvenlafaxine 100 mg
Clonazepam 0.5 mg
Amisulpride 100 mg
Current problems:
1. Uncontrolled anxiety
2. Loss intrest in music ,movies,books,life
3. Recurrent thinking about anxiety depression
4. Suicidal

I hope there is a rationale behind prescribing them. I think you need to be evaluated thoroughly including personality & other psychological as well as neurological assessment.
