Psoriasis with arthritis
Hi ! Having psoriasis with psoriatic arthritis for the past 4 years was on multiple drugs . Lastly was on scapho .. stopped 6 months back . Want to plan a family but the psoriasis and arthritis is back .. what should She do if she needs to manage the psoriasis and arthritis and be on minimum or no medication to plan pregnancy ?

It is a difficult situation. You need to consult your treating dermatologist- as a couple and discuss your family planning options. Generally drugs stay in the body for few days to months after stopping. That is called wash -off period. It varies for each drugs. Depending on wash off period of Scapho -as per drug information, you will be advised by your dermatologist about planning your baby.
