Psoriasis Treatment
I am suffering from psoriasis.I had taken ayurvedic treatment. At one stage it was cured so i stopped taking medicine. But now it has spread all over my body kindly suggest how should i proceed.

CAUSE- 1.Genetic 2.Environmental 3.Autoimmunity 4.Toxic Body Reactions. 5.Prolong Stressful life. 6.Inadequate opposite food habits. 7.As Adverse effects of many drugs. MANAGEMENT . DO'S Raktashali (red rice) Mudga (Green gram) Sukhodaka (warm water) Snana (bathing) Jirnahara (easily digestible food) Tikta-kashaya rasa (bitter and astringent food) Vishrama (rest) Calmness (shanta shravana) (listening to calm music etc) DON'TS: Alcohol (madya) Garlic (lashuna) Fish (matsya) Incompatible food stuff (virruddhahara) Amla ahara (sour food) Excess milk and milk products Black gram (masha) Spicy food (vidari ahara) Stress (chinta) Fear (bhaya) etc. PURIFICATION  for Chronic cases. 1.Panchakarma procedures acc to disease season and person 2.Herb remedies above. It's happen with many patient,for psoriasis patient should take ayurvedic medicine for long times, in Ayurveda there is panchkarma therapy, you should do varanasi, virechana on 2-3month interval depends upon your prakrati.
