Pshizophrenia and bi polar disorder

Asked for Female, 28 Years

4 year old case of pshizophrenia and bipolar disorder. For last 3 and half year on medication. Aripriprazol 10 mg, trihexiphenidyl 2mg and escitalopram 10 mg. From March 2017 stop medicine due to pregnancy. Now seven month pregnancy. Uncommon and violent behaviour. Please advice

Kindly consult Yr psychiatrist as early as possible and admit for Yr wife as she is pregnant she needs intervention. If ur wife is very violent medicine need to be restarted considering benefits. ECT modality of treatment can also be considered which is safest during pregnancy
