Pseudopancreatic cyst is a common complication of pancreatitis. Pseudopancreatic cyst due to acute pancreatitis is a collection of of fluid rich in pancreatic enzymes, blood & necrotic tissue and are caused by a blockage or disruption of the pancreatic duct. Signs and symptoms of pancreatic pseudocyst include abdominal discomfort and indigestion. It is treated conservatively by medicine but incase of any infection or other complications surgery such as Cystogastrostomy, Cystjejunostomy and Cystduodenostomy. I woud advise you to meet a gastrosurgeon so that you can be examined and the treatment option can be decided. Your prostrate is also shown to be enlarged with a residual urine for which you should do a PSA test and rule out any pathology of the prostate, you have to follow up with a urologist with your reports. There's also a small left renal cortical cyst that you should follow up with a nephrologist.
