PSA level 29.3ng/ml
Asking on behalf of my uncle. He has been diagnosed with a UTI and a possible pyelonephritis this last week and was asked to take a USG KUB. However his prostate was enlarged and he was asked to do a PSA test. His readings were elevated. Wanted to know whether or not he would need a biopsy to rule out CA or can it be dealt with through medicines

First thing is we need to see patient clinically and need biopsy to rule ot cancer Kindly meet urologist and take opinion and proceed with further management
