Greetings. No. Not really. Dandruff can be easily treated and controlled by use of efficient anti fungal based shampoos. Request your dermatologist for a prescription of the same. Also make sure you shampoo wash your hair on the day you go for prp treatment. Hope this helps. Warm regards
