Protein's food
I am pregnant from 4 months my weight is 40 kg how to increase. Doctors say me take protein's food. So sagest me any fruits and food.

Hi, add more of iron rich foods like Dates, green leafy vegetables, dried fruits, jaggery, cereals, meat, fish, liver, poultry etc.., protein rich foods like Egg, soyabean, nuts, milk, pulses etc.., and healthy fats like cheese, butter..Consult Dietitian for diet chart...
