Protective sex with sore on penies

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I had "protective" sex with a prostitute but i had little sore on penies top it happened few days earlier due friction on wearing tight jeans and very stupid thing i did was i washed my penies after sex as her saliva may retain at bottom of my penies when she was giving head. I m doubt maybe her saliva or vaginal fluid might stick to my hand on removing condom and then i used water to wash penies with my hand, pls help me
