My 77 days old daughter sleeps under the ceiling fan and is facing blocked nose issue in the morning. Is this because of the fan or can i use hoodies covering her head at night to protect her from this?

Small babies tend to get blocked nose as their nasal passeges are very small. Some contribution may be due to drying of secretions due to being directly under the fan.
Remedy : Naso clear nasal drops, keep her slightly away from direct air flow of the fan

U can use nasoclear saline nasal drop …put 1 drop in nose each side …
