I was suffering from burning sensation in urine frm last 2 months.. I did urine test where there were findings of calcium oxolate but ultrasound was normal..i went to urologist who prescribed me antibiotics along with alpha blocker for 14 days bt i didnt get relief..then visited him again nd he told for uroflowmetry which came normal..then he told me u have low grade prostrate infection..he then changed the antibiotic and continued alpha blocker..i started getting relief but was facing side effects due to anitbiotics..today i went to medical college and consulted with senior urologist there..he just told me to continue alpha blocker nd discontinued antibiotic..i want to know whether antibiotic is needed in this treatment or not?
