Prostatitis & prostate cancer
On the year of 2020 my brother have complain of urine frequency & Scrotum pain slightly for some time. Then doctor advice to do Felxi Cystoscopy. On 13/02/2020 cystoscopy was done and report says: 1. Urethra: No stricture 2. Prostate: Normal size with information + 3. Bladder: Normal 4. BUO: Normal Impression: Prostatitis After 3 days of bladder urine report: Urine RE result: All are normal Urine for culture & sensitivity: Colony count: Nil Culture sterile after 48 hours incubation Doctor advice medication: 1. Normal diet 2. Plenty of fluid 3. Tab Niftas 100 mg for 1 month 4. Urispas- for 2 days 5. Tab Pause- for 2 days 6. Sy. Alkasol- 1 month. Review after one month & I visit again so he ask me if have any symptom but that time  have no symptom &  was well. So doctor does not offer any medicine. Now present in this lock down period for some days feel slight pain in scrotum that is ignorable. So what cause it? Is prostatitis recur? Is prostatitis cause prostate cancer? Plz help.

Very unlikely to transform into prostate cancer.. But can reccur , Do take some analgesics.. In case of bacterial prostatitis, antibiotics should be taken
