PROSTATE PROBLEM
Since about 1 year facing Urine problem. Dec.21 PSA 0.92 mg USG PROSTATE DONE 25.1.22 as per Report:- 48cc volume,Median 7.8 mm into bladder, prevoid 150 cc Postvoid 60 cc, Few parenchymal calcific specks seen. Since 1 week, Acute problem to pass urine. Presently on Homeopathy medicine. Cap. Urimax F 0 0 1, took for 1 month. Pl guide, is there any serious complications? Pl suggest remedy.

These are typical scenario of BPH ( benign prostatic hyperplasia), age related prostate enlargement causing urinary symptoms. Symptoms aggravate with added infection ( chronic prostatitis). If you are not improving with Urimax, better to consider TURP( endoscopic surgery of prostate) as definite solution is surgery only. Prior to surgery, get urodynamics test if available.
