Proper diet for fat loss
I am doing regular gym since 7 months and have reduced weight by 7 kg. Fat loss of 7 kg as per inbody machine. Due to fat loss and muscle gain my weight is stable for couple of months. Now I am starting with a fat burner pill but I am also looking for proper diet plan. I have got various plan but still confused.

hey, don't take pills unless are prescribed by physician , take diet containing more of protein, fiber , chapatis, fruits and vegetables, avoid oily , junk food items , continue your exercise consult dietician for diet chart
