Weight loss

Hey, I am doing regular exercise (free style gym) from 4 5 months and also taking a low fat diet. But still my weight is not reducing its just goes from 100 to 97. Please suggest me what is needed to be done. I already had a thyorid test and It is negative.

Hello, have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , meat , sleep well ,avoid worries. 1-2 pound weight loss per month is a usually recommend. Sudden drastic weight loss is not good for health . increase the duration of exercise gradually.
