Prolactin level is high
I had pain below right breast from last 1.5 years, also frequent headache..I just ignored..but recentlythe pain was unbearableand so I consulted doctor..got tested and found prolactin around 66.5
Had also done sonography and found 4cm simple cyst in right ovary and 4cm subserosal fundal fibroid in uterus
Is it a matter of worry?
Doctor advised cabergoline tablet 0.5mg..hope it's not a serious issue?

You have to take the medicines one months atleast. Then the doctor might repeat some tests and be able to tell you how it is responding. Now a days it is not too serious issue, but it is not something that can be ignored. Medicines are must.

Your doctor may do some MRI of Brain at some point.
