High prolactin level 101ng/ML and clear secreation from one breast what should be done pls help . M really worried what is treatment is this a sign of breast cancer. There is no lump is breast m not pregnant or lactating

No it’s not a sign of carcinoma of breast such kind of things are usually present in breast duct ectesia. How frequent is the discharge and what is the amount of discharge and colour is there any bloody discharge also
