I usually suggest...
A sitz bath in warm water with Alum powder added to it every morning.
Eat lot of fibre rich food like green leafy vegetables n fruits....
Drink atleast 14 _ 15 glasses of water Daily...
Drink a cup of warm water or milk with a spoon of ghee added to it every night......
Avoid smoking/ alcohol.....
Avoid highly spicy, oily fried food.....
Avoid non veg.....
