Day before yesterday while defecating she applied a lot of pressure & pushing efforts to pass a dry hard big stool. Although it was very painful to pass, but she did by straining. She find out red fresh blood in the stool. After that she suffered from severe pain in the anal region & constant contractions. The spasms become more painful in nig ht time, & accompanied with itching in the anus. Since two days she has no bowel movements after that due to pain. Today she developed red rashes on her upper inner thighs or genitocrural folds.
