Process for abortion with legal advice
My Girlfriend seems to be pregnant as she have missed her period for more than 6 to 7 days.
She want to carry out abortion, so we just want to know can abortion be carried out just with her and my concent as we don't want to involve our parents in this as they lives in different states.

Get urine pregnancy test done and if positive fo USG TVS for confirmation of intrauterine . For same she alone can consult s gynecologist. No need of gaurdian if she is 18+
