Problm time over but still no sign of pr

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have gone from abortion process medically last month. I had taken first dose on 19th of last month. In recent soneography everything is clear no spot spotted. Still now it is 23rd but I am not getting any signal for my problem. Shall I wait?
