Problems from panic attack
Recently, everytime i smoke marijuana i have a terrible panic attack. This has never happened in the past but it all started when i coughed because a hit was too big and started thinking i was dying because i was so high and had a terrible headache. Anyways, i stopped smoking for 3 weeks then when i smoked again i had another panic attack. I smoked 3 days later and had another one, I tried to relax myself but then i started to see black dots in my vision. I figured it was because I was high. 2 hours after I finished smoking, I noticed the black dots did not go away and I started having trouble taking deep breaths. I try to take a deep breath but I do not get the satisfaction of a full one, but sometimes i catch a break and I can get a normal breath. Its been 3 days now, neither of these symptoms have gone away. I have no other pains except back pain and its been hard to sleep recently because im so worried that this will never go away. The vision problem is scary, is this anxiety?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Your problem is like "Doctor, it hurts when i do this" and the solution for it is "then stop doing that". Does it require rocket science to know that? I'm sorry i cannot help you in this. You have to help yourself. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
