Problem in throat
For last 2 nd half years right side of my throat nd vocal chord feels very irritated a kind of cloudy cough nd infection all over the day i used to sing i feel tension in right side of throat while swallowing i feel that my throat is expliting internlly and feels that a kind of tumor in the ri8 vocal which doesnt allow it to heal

Hello there..... Rest. Get plenty of sleep and rest your voice.
Drink fluids. Drink plenty of water to keep the throat moist and prevent dehydration.
Try comforting foods and beverage. Warm liquids — broth, caffeine-free tea or warm water with honey — and cold treats such as ice pops can soothe a sore throat.
Gargle saltwater. A saltwater gargle of 1 teaspoon. Gargle the solution and then spit it out.
