We got married before one month her last period cycle duration is 7 day date : 21/2/2018 to 27/3/2018. She is facing irregular periods, but after marriage she did her periods correctly after 28 days at 21/3/2018 instead of getting convinced, is there is any problem with us to get pregnant. I'm confused but we are trying to get pregnant.

You are very young. Are you sure you want a kid so early in life? Have you thought about your finances and your ability and maturity to take care of another living being?
If you are convinced that you want a kid immediately you can go for it. However there is no reason to be concerned. Getting pregnant takes time. Give yourself atleast 6 months to one year before you undergo any tests unless you have a pre-existing medical condition.
Next Steps
Calculate your wifes ovulation date (calculator freely available on the web) and try to have intercourse on those days.
Health Tips
Before going for a child it is better if both the partners get themselves physically and mentally fit so as to avoid any complications during pregnancy. Also stay away from smoking (both partners).
