Problem in echo test infant 5 months

Asked for Male, 1 Years

Pericardium adjoining lateral and posterior wall of lv shows echogenic lesion. Mass? Effusion? This is the echo test result of my baby who is 5 months old. He has cough and cold since 1 week. He is on mox and asthaline.
