Its an anticoagulant given as a subcutaneous injection....It contains the active ingredient enoxaparin, which is a type of medicine called a low molecular weight heparin. In fertility treatment it is used to thin the blood and the theory is that it helps implantation and helps prevent miscarriage...in your case I am not sure weather it is used to prevent miscarriage... I would suggest you to consult your treating doctor they will do the needful.
