PRO BNP TEST
I have done PRO BNP test and its not normal the value of it is 800. Now i want to ask what is the further treatment or how it will decrease ??? It can decrease with medicines or else??

It is one of the marker for heart failure. Do 2 d echo and consult cardiac specialist.

You must be having breathlessness for which this test was done.. A normal BNP rules out heart disease as a cause of breathlessness, but a high BNP has many causes. most common of them is heart disease.
Get a 2 d echo done and also look for diastolic dysfunction on echo
