Private Part Problem
I have what appears to be two small abrasions or cuts at the base on the under side of my penis. I'm wondering if this is something I should be concerned about or if simple treatment such as Neosporin might fix it. I don't know how I would get a cut down there because I don't use a razor or anything to shave, but that is the best way for me to describe what it is. It causes discomfort when I pull the foreskin back.
