Hello.... Menses don't occur in pregnancy, that's due to hormonal change after implantation of fertilised ovum... You get an urine pregnancy test done, if it comes positive it confirms pregnancy and you can take further steps... I pills can alter regularity of period, other factors affecting menses are sickness ,strenuous exercise, emotional problem etc...
